Virginia Lee Oxendine Parker

Virginia Lee Oxendine Parker, 76, of Maysville, departed this life on April 3, 2023.

Virginia leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Jerry Lee Parker Sr. of Maysville; son, Jerry Lee Parker Jr. of Maysville; daughter, Tammy (Ed) Harraden of New Bern; sister, Vonnie Matthews of Louisiana; grandchildren, Jeffery Harris, Sabrina Marie Parker, 3 step-grandchildren and great-grandchild, Aiden James Amburgey; many nephews and nieces and several dear close friends.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Martha Oxendine; brothers, James Hammonds, Melton Oxendine and Ralph Percell Hammonds; sister, Cletas Dulla and granddaughter, Brittany Harris.

Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, May 2, 2023, at Kahlert Funeral Chapel with Rev. Zebedee Jones officiating.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Monday, April 10, 2023, at Kahlert Funeral Chapel.
