Mrs. Penny Fulcher Meadows was born on October 10, 1969 in New Bern, NC, to Charles Fulcher and Linda Hollowell and entered eternal rest on August 22, 2022.

Penny never met a stranger and was loved by everyone that ever spent any time with her. She loved her animals, family and friends and every “young-en” she could put her hands on. Her gracious and kind heart and infectious smile will forever be engrained in the hearts of those who knew her.

Penny was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Fulcher and Linda Hollowell.

She leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband of 22 years, Cleve Meadows of Maysville, NC; sons, Justin Hollis Ault of Maysville, NC, and Graham Conner of Emerald Isle, NC; daughters, Heather Renee Ault of Vanceboro, NC and Shelby Barrow of Emerald Isle, NC; her sisters-in Christ, Ann Batten Murphy of New Bern, Melody Marshall of Mulvane, Kansas, Tammy Thompson of Jacksonville, NC and Stacy Hawkins of Fort Barnwell, NC; niece and nephew, Tracey Parker and Lyn French along with all her great-nieces and nephews.

She will be tremendously missed by all that knew and loved her.

Funeral Service will be held at 8:00 pm on Thursday September 1, 2022 at Memorial Baptist Church, 904 Main Street, Maysville, NC. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm, at the church.
