Paul Jackson Jones

Paul Jackson Jones, 73, of Maysville, passed away on December 25, 2021.

Paul will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and friend to many.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 51 years, Carol Jones; son, John Paul Jones of Hubert; grandchildren, Corey P. Jones of Maysville and Andrew P. Jones of Richlands; 4 great-grandchildren, Hayden, Nathaniel, Robert and Melany; sisters, Mavis Lane and husband, Lloyd of Merritt, Martha Toler and husband, Johnnie of Ernul, Michelle Amundsen of Ernul and Joanie Walsh and husband, Brian of Pollocksville; brothers, Donald Jones of New Bern and Steven Jones of Bayboro.

Paul is preceded in death by his parents, Hazel and Jack Jones and his sister, Susie Raines.

A Celebration of Paul's Life will be held on Saturday February 5, 2022, 2:00 pm at Grants Creek Baptist Church in Maysville with Pastor Steve Grissom officiating. The family will receive friends half an hour prior to the service, from 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm at the church.
