Marshall Brandon Edwards

Marshall Brandon Edwards, “Marshall Man” 34 of Maysville, passed away

on November 4, 2022, at Vidant Medical Center.

Marshall was born in Jacksonville N.C. to Pete and Lisa Edwards on January

5, 1988. He graduated from White Oak High School in 2006. He enjoyed

deer hunting, fishing, working with heavy equipment, and hanging out with

family and friends. But one enjoyment that held his heart above all was his

daughter Abby.

Marshall was an all-around good guy, a gentle giant. He loved with all his

heart and would help anyone in need. He never met a stranger, and he

always treated everyone like he had known them his whole life.

Marshall is preceded in death by his dad, Pete Edwards (greasy), his maternal

grandparents, Herman and Pennie Williams, his paternal grandparents,

Beasley and Carrie Lee Edwards.

He leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Lisa Edwards (Brad); wife, Megan

(Rexach) Edwards; daughter, Abby Edwards and stepson Ryan Rexach;

brothers, Virgil Edwards (Dawn) and Ryan Edwards (Jenna); sisters, Lee

Thacker (J.W.), Lynn Curtis, Marie Welty (Robert), Mary Edwards; Father-in-law,

Angel Rexach; Mother-in-law, Daphane Gilbert along with many nieces and

nephews.

Visitation and services will be Sunday, November 13, 2022, 4:00 pm at White

Oak Community Church (6181 New Bern Hwy, Maysville, NC) with Pastor

Bobby Williams officiating. A private burial will be at a later date.
