Mae Wells Eubanks

Mae Wells Eubanks, 90, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, December 4, 2022, at Carteret Landing Assisted Living in Morehead City, NC. Mae was born on August 29,1932, to the late Kenneth D. and Ella Lee Wells.

Mae was a gardener, singer/musician, artist, historian, and loved eschatology. More importantly, she was a wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.

A private service was held on December 8th at Trenton Cemetery.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Furney Eubanks, sisters, Grace Ireland and Emmy Lou Canady, and brothers, William(Buddy) and Delma Wells.

She is survived by her children, Joan Phillips and husband Pate, Clayton, Randy Eubanks and wife Angela, Jacksonville, and Jacky Eubanks and wife Patricia, Morehead City; eight grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

The family would like to thank all the staff at Carteret Landing for their love, affection, and care. Also Home Health and Hospice.
