Lisa Faye Sutton Carter

Lisa Faye Sutton Carter, 53, of Cove City, NC, passed away on September 28, 2021.

Lisa is survived by her parents, Ed and Faye Sutton; two sons, Creed (Tiffany) Sutton and Christopher Carter; fiancé, Denny Jones; two grandsons, Creed and Maddox Sutton; sister Lynn (Charlie) Smith; brothers, James (Carlie) Sutton, Lee (Amy) Sutton and two nephews, Michael Doughty and Seth Sutton.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, October 1, 2021, at Wintergreen Free Will Baptist Church in Cove City. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at the Church. Interment will follow at the Wintergreen FWB Church Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Kahlert Funerals to assist with final arrangements.
