Julie Ann Avery




Julie Ann Avery, 56, of Trenton, went to be with her Lord and Savior on May 25, 2021.


Julie was a selfless person, always willing to help anyone in need. She delighted in making people happy and loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She grew up in a small farming community and her passion for agriculture was evident. She thrived on hard work and thought everyone should thrive on the same fare. Her uncle, JK Avery, was her constant partner in farming, working together at the produce stand on Hwy 41 in Trenton. Her gracious and loving manner will forever be engrained in the hearts of those who knew her.


She leaves to cherish her memory her son, Gregory James Eubanks of Raleigh; daughter, Ashley Michelle Potter (Josh) of Trenton; sisters, Audrey Avery Brown (Edward) of Clayton, Doris Avery Andrews (Neil) of Trenton; two grandchildren, Kaitlyn Potter and Michael Potter; nephews, Austin Avery and Brian Bell (Chloe); niece, Briana Bell and great-niece, Bristol Bell.

Her parents, Kenneth and Marilyn Avery preceded her in death.

Graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday May 28, 2021 at the Avery Family Cemetery, 1308 North NC Hwy 58, Trenton, NC, with Pastor Danny French officiating. To honor Julie's memory, the family requests that you wear your favorite casual clothing.

The family will be receiving friends on Thursday May 27, 2021 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm also at 1308 North NC Hwy 58, Trenton, NC.


In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Agape Family Church, 1743 NC Hwy 41 West, Trenton, NC 28585.
