Goldie Carneal

Goldie Evelyn Fetterolf Carneal, 97, of New Bern, departed this life on April 14, 2022.

She leaves to cherish her memory her son, Carl Saunders of Hillsboro, Texas; brothers, Frank Fetterolf and Eugene Fetterolf both of West Point, Virginia; sister, Shirley Blake of Virginia; grandchildren, Melissa Beaman of New Bern, Eric Eshelman and Scott Eshelman both of Alabama; great-grandchildren, Jessica Rodgers, Jonathon Beamon, Devyn Buist, Christopher Eshelman, Merissa Eshelman; two great-grandchildren, Gabriel Rodgers and Mason Bacot.

A Celebration of Goldie’s Life will be held at 3:00 pm on Wednesday April 20, 2022 at Kahlert Funeral Chapel.
