Frances Whitaker Baugus

Frances Whitaker Baugus, 69, of Trenton, NC, departed this life on May 1st, 2022, at Carolina East Medical Center.

Frances was born June 2nd,1952, and was a member of Trenton Pentecostal Holiness Church in Trenton. She spent most of her life as a dedicated caregiver for the elderly. She always put others needs before her own and would never turn anyone away in their time of need. She was a woman who loved her family deeply which included her dogs.

Frances is survived by her husband of 54 years, James Floyd Baugus. Together they have four children, Jimmy A. Baugus (Linda), Tammy Y. Baugus, Bradley T. Baugus (Wendy), and Michelle L. Holland (Randy). She is also survived by her grandchildren, James Allen Baugus (Laken), Christopher W. Baugus (Kaila), Madeline F. Gentry (David), Brandon L. Barnett (Corey), Brad Baugus Jr. (Katie), Steve A. Baugus, Timberly L. Baugus (Tyler), Miranda H. Swinson (Bryan), Ryan S. Holland (Presley); and ten great-grandchildren. Also, she is survived by her lifelong friend, Judy Hodges.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, May 5, 2022, at Kahlert Funeral Chapel in Maysville with Rev. Steve Mercer officiating. Interment will follow the service at the Trenton City Cemetery, Trenton, NC.

The family will be receiving friends from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, May 4, 2022, at Kahlert Funeral Chapel in Maysville.
