Dora White Rolison

Dora White Rolison, 91, of Morganton passed away Thursday, February 10, 2022, after a lengthy illness.

Born in Jones County, NC on September 30, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Haywood William White and Dora Carmichael White. Dora was a member of Pollocksville Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed reading, sewing, traveling, and she loved her cat, Boss.

Dora is survived by her daughters, Charlotte Labore and Patricia Ann Griffin; son, Milton Hooker Rolison, Jr.; five grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; 8 step-great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Dora was preceded in death by her husband, Milton Hooker Rolison; brother, Haywood White; and sisters, Amy Charlotte White and Ethel White Whorton.

Services for Dora will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, February 19, 2022, at Pollocksville Cemetery in Pollocksville.
