Karen Myers Taylor

Karen Myers Taylor, 75 of Pollocksville, passed away on August 1, 2020.

She is preceded in death by her daughters, Katherine Taylor and Karlena Taylor; parents, Robert and Edith Myers; son-in-law, Vern Richard and best friend, Raymond Taylor.

She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Ronald Hansley; son, Robert Taylor and wife Jessica of Pollocksville; daughters, Kathleen Rouse and husband Ray of Pollocksville, Kristina Richard of Bridgeton and Robin Dean and husband John of New Bern; sisters, Barbara Lewis and husband Beufort of New Bern and Linda Franks and husband Jack of Greenville; 13 grandchildren, Vicky Lehman, Lynndale Williams, Johnnie and Eric Johnson, Zephron Richard, Anthony and Cody Hinshaw, Paige De La Bruere, Carlena Taylor, Elizabeth Taylor, Autumn Taylor, Dustin and Joseph Taylor; 4 great-grandchildren, Maxim Lehman, Andre and Jameson Miller, Easton Galloway and Trey and Evette Johnson.

A Celebration of Karen's Life will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday August 10, 2020 at New Life Church in New Bern with Pastor Scott Coghill officiating.

Interment will follow at the Lees Chapel UMC Church Cemetery in Pollocksville.
