Norma Elaine Ipock Neal, 66 of Seven Springs, passed away on July 26, 2019.

She is survived by her two sons, Robert Huggins of Kinston and Kevin Watson of Chocowinity; daughter, Michelle Ruth of Thomasville; sisters, Gracie Ipock Davis of Kinston and Judy Ipock Hill of Kinston; 4 grandchildren.
