Dr. Rev. Clayton E. Burch

Dr. Rev. Clayton E. Burch, 64 of Mount Holly, NC, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday December 6, 2018. He leaves to cherish he memory his wife of 41 years, Barbara Bailey Burch; son, Jeremy E. Burch of Pikeville; 3 grandchildren and 1 great-grandson; Zoe the family dog that was his side kick; sister, Teresa White and brother, Alan Burch. He is preceded in death by his father, Al Evans Burch and mother, Espie G. Burch. Clayton will be remembered as a Godly father, son, pastor and husband who loved serving the Lord. Funeral Service will be held at 7:00 pm on Tuesday December 11, 2018 at New Life Church, 2911 Old Cherry Point Road, New Bern, NC with Rev. Tommy Bulla officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the church.  Interment will be held at 1:00 pm on Wednesday December 12, 2018 at Greenleaf Memorial Park Lakeside Chapel.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Goshen FWB Church, 1300 W. Catawba Ave., Mount Holly, NC 28120.
