Obbie Timothy Phillips, 41 of Hubert, departed this life on November 11, 2018. He is survived by his father, Wilbur Phillips and step-mom, Judy Phillips of Jacksonville; mother, Rose Phillips of Jacksonville; brothers, Michael Cochran of North Port, Alabama and Elijah Phillips of Richlands; sisters, Tammy Phillips of Jacksonville, Jenny Lollar of Mississippi and Sonya Phillips of Jacksonville; 11 nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends for fellowship from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Saturday November 17, 2018 at Kahlert Funeral Chapel.
