Alan Dale Chambers, 59 of Jacksonville, departed this life on October 3, 2018.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara Chambers of Zebulon; sons, Jesse Chambers of Fleetwood and Joshua Chambers of West Jefferson; daughters, Kristina Chambers of Zebulon and Casey Chambers of Galax, VA and 2 granddaughters.
