Cody Dean Drake

Cody went home to be with our Lord on September 12, 2018. He was greeted there by his Grandma and Granddaddy, James and Lillian Taylor, who could always make things better. Those left here to cherish his memory are his mom and dad, Tammy and Ronnie Drake, and his brother Dillon, his Grandma Joan Wetherington, his Uncles Keith Drake and Chris Drake, his special Aunt June Dail, whom he dearly loved, and her husband Ray Dail. Cody didn’t have children, but he couldn’t have loved his little cousins Brooke and James Dail anymore if they had been his own babies. Growing up Cody had several neighborhood friends that he loved spending time with. Thank you Lucas, Allen, Shane, Manuel and Edwin Jr for making memories with him. Please continue to treasure those times as Cody did. Cody also had two special cousins that he liked to hang out with, Josh and Justan. Guys thank you for not just being family, but friends also. Remember the good times.

A Celebration of Cody’s Life will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday September 22, 2018 at Wintergreen Free Will Baptist Church in Cove City. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at the church. Interment will follow the service at Wintergreen Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery.
