Michael Dennis Becker

Michael Dennis Becker, 69 of Hubert, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Friday, June 29, 2018. Mike was a loving man with a huge heart for the Lord, his family, and Oak Grove United Methodist Church where he was a faithful member. Mike was a highly skilled auto technician and selflessly used his talents to positively impact the lives of his family, friends, and community. Mike also shared a love of soccer with his family, leading him to spend many years as a USSF official.

His loving heart and kind spirit will be missed by all who knew him. He leaves many to cherish his memory, including his loving wife, Leona Becker. Children, Duane Becker and wife, Lindsay of Hubert, Marcus Becker and wife, Robin of Winterville and Dusty Becker and wife, Lauran of Hubert, Elizabeth Becker and Hollie Barela both of Nashville, TN. Eight grandchildren, Cailey, Nathan, Gabbi, Austin, Drew, Charlotte, Luke and Julia and one great-grandchild, Madelyn. A Celebration of Michael's Life will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday July 5, 2018 at Oak Grove United Methodist Church in Hubert. Interment will follow in the Oak Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Wednesday July 4, 2018 at Oak Grove United Methodist Church.
