Fred Heath Jr.

Fred Heath Jr., 72, of Pollocksville, departed this life on Sunday, December 10, 2017.

He is survived by his wife, Betty Heath; daughters, Sandy Harris and husband Frankie of Grantsboro, Tina Meadows and husband Sonny of Maysville, Christy Heath of New Bern and Starr Heath of Pollocksville; brothers, Earnest Heath of Burgaw, Gerald Heath of Comfort, and Joe Heath of Maysville; sisters, Irene Jones of Pollocksville, Delores Barrett of Trenton, and Karen Riggs of Pollocksville; 12 grandchildren.

A Celebration of Fred's Life will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday December 13, 2017 at Kahlert Funeral Chapel with Rev. Greg Meadows officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at the funeral home.

Interment will follow at the Pollocksville City Cemetery.
