JoAnn Brown Rife

JoAnn Brown Rife, 80 of Hubert, passed away on October 1, 2017 at CarolinaEast Medical Center in New Bern.

She is survived by her sons, Dennis Whaley of Swansboro and Victor Whaley of Torrington, CT; daughter, Vickie Whaley McKnight of Charlotte; and three granddaughters, Anna Elizabeth McKnight, Emily Brianna Whaley and Lauren Elizabeth Whaley.
