Janet Mattocks Kirby

Janet Marie Mattocks Kirby, 50 of Jacksonville, passed away on Thursday April 20, 2017.

She is survived by her daughter, Alyssa Melvin of Jacksonville; mother, Ellen B. Melton of Morehead City; brother, Walter Byrd of Maysville; sisters, Cecil Shenkan of Lafayette, LA and Jane Sobotor of New Bern.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 12 noon on Tuesday April 25, 2017 at Kahlert Funerals Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, from 11:00 am to 12:00 noon at Kahlert Funerals & Cremations.
