Sue Anne Schwarzkopf

Sue Anne Schwarzkopf of New Bern, North Carolina passed away peacefully

at her home on the evening of January 23, 2017. She was 72 years old. The daughter of

Howard and Willamine Hampton, Sue was born in Decatur, Illinois on April 26, 1944.

She was raised in Pelham, New York, graduating from Pelham Memorial High School.

She then earned a degree in History from Knox College.

Sue worked for Dunn and Bradstreet, Country Home and Marketing Concepts. Her

husband, Bob Schwarzkopf and sons John Young and his wife Erin of Geneva, New York

and Mathew Colby Young of Raleigh, North Carolina survive her. In addition are her

Stepchildren: Kevin and Denise Schwarzkopf, and Kim Schwarzkopf. She leaves

Grandchildren Jake and Sally Young, Indie and Kai Clark, Kash and Holland

Schwarzkopf, and Marley Tran. She is also survived by her sister Jane Robinson and her

Brother, John Hampton and his wife Jennifer as well as

her nieces and nephews, Kelley and Evan Hampton, Michael and Caitlin Robinson and

great Nephew, Graham Hampton.

A celebration of her life will be announced.
