Joseph Robert Spisak, 53 of New Bern, departed this life on Monday December 12, 2016.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his step-father, Charles J. Smith; brother, Brian Smith of Portsmouth, VA; and sister, Ruth Lyon of NJ.
