Peggy Spruill Carawan

Peggy Spruill Carawan, 78, of Oriental, departed this life on Friday August 26, 2016.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Jerry Bryan Carawan Sr.; sons, Jerry Bryan Carawan Jr., and Paul Wayne Carawan; daughter, Patti Carawan; brother, Dallas Lorenzo Spruill II; sister, Katie Wells Newton; three grandchildren, Christopher, Amy and Andrew; one great-grandchild, Landon.

Graveside services will be held at 4 pm on Sunday August 28, 2016 at Oriental Cemetery in Oriental.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Peggy's memory to Pamlico Hospice, P.O. Box 6 Bayboro, NC 28515.
