Gerald "Jerry" T. Gordon

Gerald (Jerry) T. Gordon, of New Bern, North Carolina, passed away on Thursday June 30, 2016. He was 74 years old. He worked many years as a news editor for WUSA 9. His hobbies included antiquing and taking photographs.

Jerry was born on March 27, 1942 in Washington D.C. and lived in Maryland for most of his life. He later moved to Gwynns Island, VA and then to New Bern, North Carolina. He was the son of the late Israel H. and Mildred Tobey Gordon. Jerry is preceded in death by his son, Louis Gordon. He leaves to cherish his memories, a son, Michael Gordon of Frederick, Maryland. He is also survived by his brother Mitchell Gordon, his sister Diane Weilheimer, and his two grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held on Sunday July 10, 2016 at 12:00 noon at Judean Memorial Gardens in Olney, Maryland.
