Lawrence Edward Bevill

Lawrence Edward Bevill, 79, of Cove City, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday June 23, 2016.

He served his country in the United States Air Force and was a member of Cove City Christian Church.

Larry is survived by his wife Shirley who he loved dearly; stepson, Allen Booth and wife Joanie; stepdaughter, Judy Sutton and husband Steve; four grandchildren, Michelle McCoy and husband Rodney, Jonathan Sutton and wife Leslie, Crystal Smith and husband Erik and Jennifer Suggs and husband Phillip; 8 great-grandchildren, Jaimi McCoy, Emma Kate Smith, Jameson Sutton, Landon McCoy,

Eli Suggs, Reid Smith, Avalee Suggs and Blake Sutton.

The family would like to send a heartfelt thanks to Craven County Hospice in New Bern and special friends Ernestine Moore, Jimmy and MaryAnn Fulcher and Bill and Kim Jones for all the love, kindness and support you have shown.

Funeral service will be held at 3 pm on Sunday June 26, 2016 at Cove City Christian Church. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 2 to 3 pm at the church. Interment will follow at Cove City Cemetery with Military Honors.
