Janice Belle Hallford

Janice Belle Hallford, 64, of New Bern, passed away on Sunday August 16, 2015.

Janice is survived by her father Donald Hayes of Texas; daughter Dee Meadows and husband Rathell of New Bern; two brothers, Richard Hayes and Skip Hayes of Texas; eight grandchildren, Terssa Bryan and husband Timothy, Beverly Edwards and husband William, Timothy Bryan and wife Jamie, Christopher Bryan and wife Shanelle, Shenishea Prayer and husband Soljaa, Rathell Jr. Meadows and Rathell Brimmage and wife Victoria.

A Celebration of Janice's Life will be held at 11 am on Saturday August 22, 2015 at Kahlert Funerals & Cremations in Maysville.

At other times the family will receive friends at the home of her daughter, Dee, at 3634 Windy Trail New Bern, NC 28560.
